About Us
Blueberry Tree Homes is a Houston-based real estate investment company owned by Lesley Luca and Thomas Pratt, a remarried widow and widower who were given a second chance at happiness. Before they were married, Lesley supported herself and her six children by rehabbing houses in need of attention and then renting them out.
After suffering a massive stroke in November 2020, Lesley sold all of her properties except for the family home and focused on recovery. By this point she and Thomas were the best of friends, but they didn’t realize until after the stroke they were truly meant for each other.
While Lesley was in rehab learning how to walk again, they both pledged their undying love and were married the following June. Together they have re-opened Blueberry Tree Homes, with a focus on helping people who are finding themselves facing foreclosure. Unfortunately they meet so many people who ignore the situation and hope it will just go away, and then they end up going to foreclosure and losing both their home and their credit. Lesley and Thomas’s goal is to help families before this happens.
Together they can help these families save their credit while helping them achieve their goals, if at all possible, whatever they may be. The recent pandemic has done horrible things to so many families financially, and Lesley and Thomas have the knowledge, skills, and ability to help these families save their credit and move forward.
